Collection & Delivery

Orders are processed on a preorder basis to ensure maximum freshness.

We currently ship within Singapore only but we are working to include other countries worldwide.

​

You will be contacted via Whatsapp on the morning of the delivery. Our logistics partner will then do their best to contact you prior to the delivery via the contact details you provided at the time of purchase should there be no answer at the door during the time of delivery.

Please ensure that there is someone at home during the delivery as the product must be stored in a chiller upon receipt. Should you be unavailable for any reason, please contact us before the delivery day (Wed), 12pm, upon receiving our Whatsapp message. Upon successful delivery, you will be asked to sign against our logistic form.

 

Please also ensure that the address given is complete and includes the unit number (if any). Should you be uncontactable during the delivery time, do take note that an additional charge of $10 will be incurred for another delivery attempt on the following delivery day (Wed).

Delivery Schedule

Every Wednesday, between 1pm - 8pm

for orders made before the previous

week Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59


Note: There is no delivery service on Public Holidays.

Fees

There is a delivery charge of SGD 10 (flat) for every order or delivery location stipulated. Free delivery is applicable for all orders above SGD 30 (single location only)

No charges are incurred if customers opt for self-collection.

Collection Schedule

Your order will be available for self-collection at The Curie on the following Wednesday, between 10AM to 6PM. The team will send out a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for collection.

  • Order collection is only available on weekdays, excluding public holidays

  • Order collection must be made within a week from the WhatsApp notification

  • Orders left uncollected after 2 weeks will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided

  • We recommend that consumers collect and consume the product as soon as possible to ensure maximum freshness

How can I track my delivery?
Our orders are delivered on Wednesdays exclusively. We will contact you via WhatsApp on the morning of the delivery to arrange for a suitable time slot for us to deliver your order. Our delivery partner will also be contacting you should you be unreachable at the door.


My order has not arrived
Please get in touch with us through email or Whatsapp and we will look into the issue immediately.

I was not there to receive my items. Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
