Delivery Information

To ensure that you receive the freshest noodles, all orders are received on a preorder basis.

 

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday evening between 6pm - 10pm. All orders received before Thursdays, 6pm, will be dispatched the following Tuesday. All orders received before Tuesdays, 6pm, will be dispatched on Friday. 

When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. We currently ship within Singapore only but we are working to include new countries to our dispatch all the time – please contact us for the latest updates on delivery availability.

We will contact you via Whatsapp on the morning of the delivery. Our logistics partner will then do their best to contact you prior to the delivery via the contact details you provided at the time of purchase should there be no answer at the door during the time of delivery.

Please ensure that there is someone at home during the delivery. Should you be unavailable due to various last-minute reasons, please contact us before the delivery day (Tues/Fri), 12pm, upon receiving our Whatsapp message. Upon successful delivery, you will be asked to sign against our logistic form.

How can I track my delivery?
Depending on your day of order, we will send you a Whatsapp notice of your delivery on the next following Thursday. Our delivery partner will also be contacting you should you be unreachable at the door.


My order has not arrived?


Please get in touch with us through email or Whatsapp and we will look into the issue immediately.

I was not there to receive my items. Will I get charged for a re-delivery?


*Please have someone at your delivery address to receive the order and sign against our logistic form. Should there be an emergency where no one is available to receive the order, please let us know before Thursday, 12pm, so we may reschedule your delivery. Otherwise, a re-delivery charge may occur.
