CNA | 11 organisations recognised for food waste innovation

Eleven organisations in Singapore have been recognised for turning food waste into value-added goods such as noodles and furniture. They are the first winners of the Food Resource Valorisation Awards given out by the National Environment Agency. Natasha Razak reports.
