1 serving of W0W noodles (200g)
100g of chicken, meat, pork, prawns or beef (any meat of your choice)
Vegetables (carrots, celery, cabbage, capsicum, mushrooms, onions, garlic)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Prepare the WOW noodles
Rinse noodle lightly
Pan fry noodle without oil to remove as much water as possible (add salt to speed up the process)
After the noodle is pan dried, add a drop of sesame oil (optional)
Set aside the noodle to airdry
Slice meat (chicken or pork or prawns or beef or a mixture). Season with salt & pepper.
Slice vegetables (carrots, celery, cabbage, capsicum, mushrooms, onions, garlic)
Preheat pan with cooking oil
Add onions and garlic, stir fry until fragrant
Add meat and vegetables, stir fry until cooked
Add seasoning to taste (oyster/soya sauce etc)
Add noodle to the cooked ingredients and toss everything together.
