1 serving of W0W Noodles (200g)
1/2 a carrot and 1/2 a cucumber
1 hard boiled egg
Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
Roasted sesame seeds, white
Boil the egg, and rinse carrot, cucumber and W0W noodles. Leave noodles to airdry.
Peel, cut and grate carrot and cucumber into long and thin strips. Cut the egg into slices.
Season noodles with Korean chili paste. Rub the paste into the noodles with a massaging motion and leave to coat. Adjust amount accordingly to heat preference.
Start plating! Add noodles, carrot strips, cucumber strips and thin egg slices. Season with sesame seeds and crushed seaweed on top.
