
What you'll need:
1 Egg, Hard boiled with the yolk still soft
100g W0W®
1 Tsp Tahini
3 Tsp Butter
1 Tsp Miso
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Onion
2 Tsp honey
Some Pea Sprouts (for garnishing)
Instructions:
1. Throw your butter & garlic into a pan and fry (lol ignore the video). Once browned, add in your miso & tahini, & stir to combine. Mix your W0W® into the sauce.
2. In a seperate pan, fry your onions on low heat until it softens. Add honey and salt for that extra kick.
3. Plate & serve with your egg!
