The staple in most meals does nothing for your protein target, so every gram has to come from the meat, and by the third day of the same dish you are done with it. ProTEGO® is made to be the part of the meal that counts. It is an Asian noodle with 31.9g of protein and 12.7g of fibre per 100g, which is 25.5g and 10.2g in an 80g pack, built from four ingredients and nothing else. It cooks in five minutes, tastes like soba, and takes on whatever you cook it in, so the same pack is laksa on Monday and cold soba on Tuesday. Low GI, very low in sodium, no MSG, no preservatives, 100% plant-based.
What's inside
Four ingredients: highland green barley flour, gluten, peanut protein powder and sweet potato fibre powder. No MSG, no additives, no preservatives, 100% plant-based.
Per 80g pack: 25.5g protein, 10.2g fibre, 31.8g carbohydrate, 272 kcal. One pack is one serving.
Per 100g: 31.9g protein, 12.7g fibre, 39.7g carbohydrate, 3.2g sugar, 2.5g fat, 9.16mg sodium.
The protein is 2nd Life protein made from oil meals. The sweet potato fibre is a by-product of potato noodle production.
Contains gluten and peanut. Manufactured on shared equipment with soy and sesame.
How to cook it
Cook one 80g pack in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain, or cook it straight in the stock. Add an egg, a slice of fish or whatever protein you have, then a sauce or a soup: dashi, laksa, sesame and soy, pesto.
One pack cooks up to 2.4 times its dry weight, so it fills a bowl. Use it anywhere you would use soba, ramen, udon or spaghetti. It holds its shape through long cooking, and the next day in a meal prep box.

You may have eaten it already
Chicken breast again.
One carb filler, one meat, one veg. The filler does nothing for your protein target, so every gram has to come from the meat.
Which is why you are eating the same two dishes on repeat. "Boring AF." "Gets sickening fast." "Same thing by the third day."
That is the meal's fault, not yours.
The filler can be the protein.
Swap the rice, noodles or pasta for ProTEGO®. Same bowl, same sauce, same sides, same table. The base now carries 31.9g of protein per 100g, 25.5g in an 80g pack, before you add anything, so the meat can shrink or sit out altogether.

An excellent source of protein under the Singapore Food Agency's Food Regulations: about 38% of its calories come from protein.
It tastes like soba.
Springy, with a bite that holds all the way through the bowl. It takes on whatever you cook it in, so a laksa tastes of laksa.

Two of the four are 2nd Life Ingredients, which is where the next section starts.
Contains gluten and peanut. Manufactured on shared equipment with soy and sesame.
Two of the four ingredients had a first life somewhere else.
The protein comes from oil meals, the solids left behind after oil is pressed. The fibre is upcycled from potato noodle production. Both were already food, and both were headed somewhere other than a plate.
It is the world's only nutrient-dense noodle made with upcycled 2nd Life Ingredients. KosmodeHealth calls the work #Waste2health.

Questions people ask before they buy
How does a noodle have 31.9g of protein per 100g?
Because protein is one of the four things it is made from. The panel reads 31.9g per 100g and 25.5g in an 80g pack, and both are printed on the back.
Is it going to taste like health food?
Most people say soba. Springy, with a bite that holds. Fourteen reviews on the 10-pack average 4.9 out of 5.
How do I cook it?
Boil five minutes and drain, or cook it straight in your soup. It holds its shape through long cooking, and the next day in a meal prep box.
Is it cheaper than chicken breast?
No. Chicken breast costs less and always will. What it cannot do is be a different meal every day.
Can I eat it if I avoid gluten or peanuts?
No. Contains gluten and peanut, and it is made on shared equipment with soy and sesame.
How many packs should I start with?
Ten. That is ten dinners, enough to know whether you keep reaching for it. If you already know, the 40-pack is where the extra packs begin.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Free on orders from S$69, so the 20-pack and up ship free. Below that, delivery is S$10. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, anywhere in Singapore. Sentosa adds S$10, and Tuas or Changi adds S$5.
What if my order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete?
Inform us within 5 days, with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We replace it free. Email w0w@kosmodehealth.com or WhatsApp +65 8083 5586.

You choose: your money back, or a voucher worth 10% more that you can give to anyone. It covers your first order on our website (10, 20 or 40 packs), one per household. Delivery fees are not refunded.
How do I pay?
All major credit cards and PayNow.
How long does it keep?
Unopened, at room temperature in a dry place, it keeps until the best-before date printed on the pack.
