W0W® is a circular product. It is produced with protein & fibre upcycled from Spent Barley Grains — a food 'waste' or 'by-product' from beer and malt drink production.

No additional food waste is generated in the production of W0W®. This means that while you consume noodles, you are protecting the planet from Green House Gas emitted caused by dumping of these wastes into landfills and from the need to grow more crops to feed the growing population

A study conducted with the Glycemic Index Research Unit (GIRU) at Temasek Polytechnic proved that the blood glucose levels of test participants barely moved from baseline after consumption of W0W®.

In contrast, Yellow Noodle, the comparator has a more than 50% spike at 30 minutes with blood sugar level remaining at 20% above baseline even after 2 hours.

Compared to regular yellow noodles, W0W® is a significantly better staple food option for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
