Reviews
We had it simply wjth sesame oil and soy sauce and the noodles were flavoursome on its own. The texture is firm but also bouncy and I like that it keeps you full for longer because of the high protein, low carb content. A really good (and even tastier!) alternative to soba noodles.
Great texture to the noodles. Love that there is a bit of chewiness/ bite to it. It serves as a good base for sauces too. Also rather filling!

The noodles taste amazing even when cooked as soup ! Used Dashi stock for the soup and the noodles capture the taste very well
The texture is similar to soba noodles but better as it is more firm and has just the right amount of chewiness. It is also more filling and satisfying - I can eat it on its own.
