Reviews
Good for health and great for the environment. The noodles taste good and pair well with any sauce. Very filling without feeling heavy, I feel full in a healthy way. Happy to have found such a great product.
We had it simply wjth sesame oil and soy sauce and the noodles were flavoursome on its own. The texture is firm but also bouncy and I like that it keeps you full for longer because of the high protein, low carb content. A really good (and even tastier!) alternative to soba noodles.
Great texture to the noodles. Love that there is a bit of chewiness/ bite to it. It serves as a good base for sauces too. Also rather filling!
