A: Ingredient list
200g white button mushrooms
70g shiitake mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
100-200ml of water
Optional: Heavy cream 30-50ml
B: Ingredient list
1 packet of 200g W0W noodles
Salt and pepper
C: Ingredient list
1 packet of Enoki
200g of shimeji mushrooms
2-3 white button mushroom
Pan fry garlic till golden brown, set aside
Stir fry white button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms with butter and set aside
In a blender, blend white button mushrooms, shiitake and fried garlic with water till smooth.
For a low fat option, use water. Cream can also be added for a fuller taste.
Sauce is completed
B Boil W0W noodles in water for 5 minutes
Drain noodles and stir fry with mushroom sauce A until noodles are coated uniformly
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add additional mushrooms as preferred.
Grill Enoki mushrooms under 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes till golden brown
Pan fry shimeji mushrooms with butter till golden brown, once golden brown, add a tablespoon of soya sauce and a teaspoon of white wine vinegar. Stir and set aside
Shave white button mushrooms with a mandoline.
