ProTEGO™ High-Protein Noodles Launch at The Soup Spoon, Now Available Islandwide in Singapore

ProTEGO™ is proud to announce the islandwide launch of its low-GI, high-protein noodles in Singapore at The Soup Spoon, marking an important milestone in its mission to make high-protein food more accessible, enjoyable and convenient for everyday consumers.

From 4 September to 5 October 2026, ProTEGO™ noodles will be featured as part of The Soup Spoon’s September SouperChef Specials, with the launch available across all 27 The Soup Spoon outlets in Singapore.

The menu includes the Chilled Nori Protein Noodles, made with ProTEGO™ noodles tossed in a house-made tangy ume wafu vinaigrette and finished with seaweed, sesame and spring onion, delivering 12.8g of protein.

Diners can also enjoy the Ume Wafu Protein Noodle Salad, combining high-protein noodles with egg, edamame and crunchy vegetables, with 20.1g of protein in a half portion and 40.2g in a full portion.

At The Salad Fork, a more substantial high-protein noodle bowl featuring miso chicken breast and ProTEGO™ noodles delivers 50g of protein in one meal.
